Ho Ho Ha Ha Grounding Dance
Grounding dance is a technique used in laughter clubs after a laughter session and meditation. As Laughter Yoga is a very powerful and dynamic workout, it moves the energy throughout your body and opens up the deep layers of the sub-conscious mind. This may lead to the release of all negative emotions and pent-up feelings.
Although most people feel energized after a laughter session, there are a few who may get emotionally overwhelmed and unsettled. At times, they may experience sadness and may even feel like crying.
